Into started as one developer's answer to bloated fitness apps, clunky PT software, and trackers that don't speak Finnish. Today it's INTO Technologies Oy, a small Finnish company — and every app in the suite is still the version we actually want to use ourselves.

The whole platform runs on shared infrastructure — one account, one design language, one set of values across Workout, Trainer, and whatever comes next. Into Workout is live for everyone; Into Trainer is onboarding coaches in an invite-only alpha.

What we won't do

• No ads, ever.
• No selling your data.
• No AI gimmicks that don't make the app better.
• No subscription walls on the basics.
